iClaimen

iClaimen is a web product that augments Orca’s client server application, Claimen. It is designed to run in a web server environment where users access Claimen data via a browser like Microsoft Internet Explorer or NetScape from AOL. The goal of iClaimen is to provide access to remote users such as self insureds, agents, clients and adjusters, independent or staff.

iClaimen is comprised of several modules with new ones being added on a regular schedule. The current version of iClaimen supports

Entry of new losses, Auto, Property and Liability

Diary Management (View and Update)

Viewing and changing of claim and claimant records

Viewing and changing of file status notes

Submission of reserve changes and payments with approval

Reporting - Search formats for selections and fixed reports
