Security

Security is a major issue with any application and controlled access through the web is an even greater concern. Your own firewall will provide a major level of security and iClaimen will have two login passwords that must be provide. The first will be an encrypted ID and password and the 2nd will be a level access that will be provided by the user ID that is establish for each user.

Types of restrictions that are administered via the user set up.

Customers (companies), agents and insureds are restricted to view only their claims.

Option to restrict users from viewing notes.

Option to restrict users from changing notes.

Option to restrict users from viewing outstanding reserves, or payments to date or both.

Option to restrict users from setting up reserve changes or payment requests.

Option to restrict users from approving reserves or payment requests.

Option to restrict users from making changes to claim or claimant records.

Option to restrict users from entering up new losses.
