Reporting

Reporting is available to all users that have been granted permission, and is restricted to the user’s claims. This includes agent/producers who will only be allowed to view claims under their responsibility. Insureds, individual or self insured, will only view claims that are associated with their claims or company.

Restriction of viewing dollars or file status notes is controlled by the supervisor and can restrict users to viewing reserves outstanding, amounts paid to date, both or none.

Some reports will require only one form of search input such as a claim number or check number. Other reports can take up to multiple search items. The sample graphics provide an example of the search flexibility.

Reports can be printed to a local printer or printed to a PDF file to be used for storing or sent to others as an email attachment
