File Notes
File notes are attached to a claim and while viewing the detail of a claim a user may view notes, make changes or enter a new note. Options to view and modify/enter notes are granted separately to each user.
Each note is an individual note and is date–time stamped when saved. The ID of the entering user is appended to each note. A note ‘type’ is coded to each note by the user. Notes can be search for using these ‘tags’.
A print button is provided so that the user may print the notes if desired.
