Diary management

Claim technicians and/or adjuster/managers can review their claims using iClaimen. It is designed for use from a remote location, either by individuals located in other parts of the state or for those that are away from the office.

When users log into iClaimen their diary can be the first page that is displayed. This option is set into the user profile and set up by the supervisor with input from each user as to how many diary days should be initially viewed. User diary can be searched by assigning several search criteria and iClaimen will locate and display diary records as requested.

Diary records can be changed and all changes get recorded into the diary history for the related claim. Users may print their current list of diary records.
