Claim/Claimant

Claim records and associated claimant records may be viewed. Detail for these record types include but not limited to claim number, claimant number(s), names, addresses, dates, loss detail and location and coding. If authorized the user may view file status notes and dollars associated with this claim. When a specific claim is to be viewed in detail iClaimen will search and display all of its claimants in a separate list for additional viewing.

Users that are authorized may modify claim and claimant records, including the file notes. Changes may be made to addresses, property or vehicle detail, names, descriptions, and coding. Code changes must be one of the valid codes for that code entry field and a drop down list of valid codes is provided.

Setting, approving of reserves and payment transactions is an additional feature. Transactions are controlled by authorization and user dollar limit.
