Reports
Claimen provides dozens of basic reports ranging from individual claim status to complete database financial statistics. Reports can be displayed on the screen, exported to disk or printed to a printer. Using the screen report feature the user may highlight a section of the displayed report, "Cut" the highlighted area and "Paste" the detail into a spreadsheet or other application for further analysis or reporting.
In addition to the prewritten reports, each user may have access to the built-in ad hoc report writer to develop individual or shared reports on any one of the files which they have password authority. If desired Claimen’s data base can be accessed by a variety of SQL report writers.
The built in report writer includes multiple search methods, multiple sorts, up to seven levels of sub totals, multiple fonts and sizes, colors and if desired graphics may be added.
Claims/Claimants by: Insured, Producer Date Open, Date Closed, Policy, Policy Symbol (Line of Business), Coverage Code and/or Adjuster.
Variance reports for claims and claimants ... track dollar movement.
