Diary Management

Diary within Claimen is divided up into three diary types for the claim master, Manager, adjuster and Home Office (HO). The next level of diary is at the claimant level where each claimant may have one adjuster diary. Both Home Office and the claimant adjuster diary are options that are turned on via the constants record.

Diaries are simplified through a process of global or selected inquiries. Claim file records are diary noted with codes, dates and comments. Technicians are able to review and annotate their files that can be reviewed by the supervisor, and a simple to use calendar is available to view date scheduling. Each user may have a diary if permitted and by using an option within the user profile record their diary may be automatically presented at log in time.

A diary history provides a view of individual adjuster or claim file performance. Diary records are never deleted.
